This document sets out the commercial principles that will inform the drafting of the project agreement. However, the project agreement must be read as a stand-alone document. Accordingly, the parties will acknowledge in the project agreement that neither the NCPs for Social Infrastructure, the Partnerships Victoria Requirements document, nor any guidance material that underpins any of them, actually form part of the project agreement (whether by implication or otherwise).
