| Principle Government will compensate for Changes in Law which exclusively affect the project or category of project. Government will also share the cost of general Changes in Law which necessitate capital expenditure or operating cost effects not captured through indexation or reviews of Reviewable Services. Generally, changes in tax arrangements are to be borne by the private party. |
