In addition to Default Termination Events and Force Majeure Termination Events, government may at any time, in its sole discretion and without giving any reasons, terminate the project agreement by giving a specified period of notice ("Voluntary Termination"). Where government has directed the private party not to reinstate or repair damage117, and the relevant damage was not caused by a Force Majeure Event or private party default, termination of the project agreement by government will be treated as a Voluntary Termination.
