(a) The construction and operations sub-contracts entered into by the private party (in respect of all or any part of the works or Contracted Services) must be in a form agreed by government.137
(b) Provided there is compliance with all other requirements set out in this Chapter 28 (Sub-contractors), government's prior written approval to every sub contract will not be required.
