Green:

The project is currently meeting the capability requirements as expressed in the suite of Capability Definition Documentation and in accordance with the requirements of the relevant Technical Regulatory Authorities.

Amber:

The achievement of FMR is directly linked to IMR and may subsequently be delayed dependant on the outcomes of Deed negotiations with Australian Aerospace to address engineering and reliability issues.

Red:

Due to Australian Aerospace's inability to deliver conforming supplies, it is highly likely that first maritime and land operational capabilities will not be achieved by the scheduled date. The outcomes of ongoing Deed negotiations will determine to what degree and time frame the PMS will be achieved.
