All missiles acquisitions within the Scope of Phase 2 are MOTS - design reviews were completed by the US Government prior to Commonwealth acquisition.

No Aircraft Systems Requirement Review or Preliminary Design Review for the project as the aircraft is a MOTS design.

The Electronic Warfare data library preliminary design review was delayed due to the US Navy
adopting a new design process, and the issue of classified data being unable to be released.
