Categories of Systemic Lessons

It is critical that Defence projects establish a robust requirements management regime to ensure capability is delivered to Government approved scope. To achieve this, the project has established a process which aims to ensure:

•  project delivery of scope in accordance with Government second pass approval;

•  a clear understanding between key stakeholders (ADF, US Government and Industry) of the materiel and services to be delivered;

•  effective risk mitigation to reduce the potential of non-delivery of minor elements of materiel, which remain important to the overall success of the NACC program.
