Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Acceptance milestones for the IAS have continued to slip over the course of 2010/11. This is primarily due to the determination that the configuration of both Anchor Stations was sufficiently different to warrant a secondary certification event for IAS East. The achievement of IAS East TRR has involved a more extensive and demanding level of engineering process than originally anticipated by the project office and has required that the Interim Anchoring contract be modified to reflect increases in test scope.

IAS-West Acceptance occurred 11 months beyond the original planned date because the Acceptance Test Report was late due to delays associated with the issue of the WGS Certification, letter of certification and report. Several contractor generated reiterations required prior to Verification Cross Reference Matrix and Acceptance Test Report acceptance, were also delayed.
