US Government FMS Technical Services and commercial contracts with US based OEMs have exceeded allocated Budget per service.

Commonwealth accept the risk and allocate contingency as required. Project Contingency provision adequate to manage this issue.

Project delivery and timing will not be met if appropriately qualified and experienced Project staff are not recruited.

Increase Australian Public Service position levels to attract/retain personnel. Engage professional service providers to meet shortfall in required expertise.
