Notes | |||||||
| Transfer to DSTO. | ||||||
| Administrative savings harvest.
| Up until July 2010, indexation was applied to project budgets on a periodic basis. The cumulative impact of this approach was $55.5m. In addition to this amount, the impact on the project budget as a result of out-turning was a further $1m having been applied to the remaining life of the project.
| The FMS case value is $79.2 (written back from $143.9m - see Note 1 in Section 2.4 below). The supplies remaining under the most significant FMS case would then be delivered under the Armaments Cooperative Project (ACP).
| The ACP is the main vehicle for supplying equipment and services for the Tactical Command and Control hardware and software development.
| Other expenditure of $132.7 includes an amount of $43.6m to ASC for platform design and installation (under the Through Life Support Agreement - Submarine Sustainment Contract); a total of $42.3m on supplies and services provided by other Contractors. The remaining expenditure comprises: operating expenditure, consultants, contingency.
| The amount of $3.0m is predominantly ASC Pty Ltd and Engineering & Scientific System contracts with remainder as sundry contractor services.
