All work carried out by ASC is managed under the TLSA contract and is programmed on a year by year basis (the TLSA provides a framework under which all submarine sustainment and project activities are managed) and the SEA 1439 Phase 3 project provides funding to support the scope of work for each of the 24 platform upgrades (two new capabilities and 22 engineering enhancements), consequently, there is no individual contract established with ASC for the 24 platform upgrades.
