The WIDP Change Protocol provides for an "Agreed Abatement" to be applied to the Unitary Charge if the Contractor is late in responding to a Change Notice or in implementing a Change. Therefore the Payment Mechanism should the necessary provisions for adjusting the Unitary Charge.
