In the final stages of the Competitive Dialogue the Authority should ensure that discussions with bidders on the Payment Mechanism Schedule close down any areas of disagreement or confusion. The definition of the Minimum and Maximum Tonnage must be agreed by this stage. The Payment Mechanism should be updated to reflect the position agreed. This is likely to result in different Payment Mechanisms being developed with each bidder.
