After the evaluation of final tenders and the appointment of the Preferred Bidder, the only changes to the Payment Mechanism Schedule should be to confirm and clarify any minor issues outstanding in relation to detailed drafting issues. There should be no negotiation in relation to material commercial issues at this stage.
