With very limited resources the Indonesia national programme has been able to make progress in creating an enabling environment for pro-poor PPP implementation:
o A permanent working group (Caucus) was established with public and civil society participation on urban environment, good governance, PPP, and which works as an advisory group to the Parliament;
o New awareness created under Members of Parliament, not only on PPP approach, but also on the decision-making process, participation and good governance.
