Strategy

The strategy of the project may be summarized as follows:

o  Brining government, community and private stakeholders together into a process

o  Generally increasing capacity of relevant stakeholders through training interventions

o  Using publicity and awareness-raising particularly in three pilot areas

o  Initiating waste separation and recycling PPPs in three pilot areas
