The PPPUE Programme in Namibia has been implemented by a Programme Coordination Unit (PCU), hosted by the Ministry of Regional and Local Government and Housing (MRLGH). The Programme has received strategic direction from partner organizations sitting on the Steering Board. Steering Board Members cut across a broad spectrum of representatives from public, private and community sectors. The Programme Coordination Unit has recognized the importance of local partners as co-operating organizations in the implementation of the Programme.
