The publication of the booklet for ACSeP leaders was one of the actions that provided advice and which was helpful in involving partners while working on the booklet. With the support of trained partners and a clear capacity building programme this could promote sustainability & replicability of the new approach.
However this highlights the need for establishing a consultancy and training center for the partners and general public. This center should be independent from City Administration and available for other PPP initiatives and cities interested in replicating the project.
