1. The following are prescribed as other fixed capital assets for the purpose of paragraph (f) of the definition "strategic infrastructure" in section 2 of the Canada Strategic Infrastructure Fund Act:
(a) advanced telecommunications and high-speed broadband infrastructure; and
(b) all infrastructure situated in Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut not otherwise prescribed in paragraph (a) of this subsection or set out in any of paragraphs (a) to (e) of that definition.
