The summarized risk matrix attached as Appendix B is a 'roll-up' of numerous sub-categories of risk. Each one of the risk categories identified below relates to a capital project from master planning through construction, and includes a 30 year maintenance and operations term. Each capital project under the Design Build Finance Maintain model will require its own individual analysis depending at which point in the process the risk study is carried out.
