Any document under this Act purporting to be signed by the Minister for Privatization, or any certified copy thereof, is admissible in evidence in any action, prosecution or other proceeding as proof, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, that the document is signed by the Minister without proof of the office or signature of the Minister. 1998, c. 28, s. 10.
