The Minister of Transportation or the Ontario Transportation Capital Corporation may, to the extent that they are assignable, assign to the owner any rights the Minister or the Corporation has pursuant to any agreement with a government of another jurisdiction or with a person or agency in another jurisdiction relating to the collection or enforcement of tolls. 1998, c. 28, s. 26.
