The owner may designate any part of Highway 407 as a construction zone and for the purposes of subsections 128 (8), (9) and (10) of the Highway Traffic Act, and the regulations made under that Act concerning construction zones, Highway 407 shall be deemed to be part of the King's Highway, and the owner to be an official of the Ministry of Transportation authorized by the Minister of Transportation in writing. 1998, c. 28, s. 36.
