2.6 The Authority should consult the departmental Private Finance Units, 4ps and the Operational Taskforce to establish what support, advice and assistance can be provided from outside the contract management team. Unless there is access to inhouse technical, financial and legal resources, the Authority will need to consider appointing external specialists.
