24.52  Validity

If a director or senior officer is in any way, directly or indirectly, interested in a contract or transaction, or a proposed contract or transaction, with the corporation, that interest does not invalidate the contract or transaction, but, if the conditions referred to in section 24.51 (1) (a) or (b) have not been met, the Supreme Court, on the application of the government, of the corporation or of any interested person, may

(a) enjoin the corporation from entering into the proposed contract or transaction,

(b) set aside the contract or transaction, if in existence, or

(c) make any other order that the Supreme Court considers appropriate.
