(1) If the Minister so directs in writing, section 8 of the Ministry of Infrastructure Act, 2011 does not apply in respect of an agreement entered into by the Corporation related to constructing, renovating, repairing or improving a public work. 2011, c. 9, Sched. 32, s. 5 (1).
Direction of Minister
(2) A direction of the Minister under subsection (1) may be general or specific. 2011, c. 9, Sched. 32, s. 5 (2).
Non-application of Legislation Act, 2006, Part III
(3) Part III of the Legislation Act, 2006 does not apply to a direction under subsection (1). 2011, c. 9, Sched. 32, s. 5 (3).
