The Lieutenant Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, may appoint a chief executive officer for the Corporation to be responsible for its operation and for the performance of such other functions as are assigned by the Corporation's board of directors. 2011, c. 9, Sched. 32, s. 10.
