(1) The Minister may issue policies and directives in writing to the Corporation on matters relating to the exercise or performance of its powers, duties and functions and may include directions with respect to the timing or manner of implementation of the policies or directives. 2011, c. 9, Sched. 32, s. 15 (1).
Corporation to implement
(2) The board of directors of the Corporation shall ensure that the policies and directives issued to the Corporation are implemented. 2011, c. 9, Sched. 32, s. 15 (2).
Non-application of Legislation Act, 2006, Part III
