(1) The Minister may appoint one or more persons to review any activity or proposed activity of the Corporation and to report the results of the review to the Minister. 2011, c. 9, Sched. 32, s. 16 (1).
Duty to co-operate
(2) If the Minister makes an appointment under subsection (1), the Corporation shall co-operate fully with the review and take all necessary steps to facilitate the review. 2011, c. 9, Sched. 32, s. 16 (2).
