(1) The Minister of Finance shall pay from the Consolidated Revenue Fund the amount of any judgment against the Corporation that remains unpaid after the Corporation has made reasonable efforts, including liquidating assets, to pay the amount of the judgment. 2011, c. 9, Sched. 32, s. 24 (1).
Exception
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a judgment against the Corporation relating to an agreement, security or instrument with respect to which the Corporation has made a declaration described in subsection 3 (2). 2011, c. 9, Sched. 32, s. 24 (2).
