A new team, that formally draws on the resources and expertise of PUK and 4Ps, as well as WIP will implement the Plan. A WIDP Board to steer WIDP activities and formulate policy on PFI allocation, deal-flow management and capacity needs will be established as will a new delivery Team to provide support to local authorities and encourage joint working.
The success of WIDP will be measured through critical success factors which will be agreed and closely monitored:
