Preferred Bidder Debt Funding Competitions

I am pleased to report that the public sector feedback on the Preferred Bidder Debt Funding Competitions Guidance has now concluded. We are now publishing the guidance in draft-outline form on the Treasury website for wider feedback.

Final guidance will be informed and published after completion of the pilots projects, feedback from the wider market and by the application of the procedural changes, if any, necessary to comply with the new EU directive on Competitive Dialogue.
