8.  The availability of information on Private Finance is good but both its quantity and quality can be improved. It is vital to note that even less information is disclosed on Public Finance projects. The limited amount of information available is of questionable quality and thus it is even harder to fully assess whether the taxpayer is getting vfm through Public Finance projects.
