After the selection of a shortlist, the NMU finalises the RFP (including contract documentation). The NMU should notify DTF of any proposed departures from the approved business case. The Treasurer's approval is required before the RFP is released to the short-listed bidders.
The Public Sector Comparator (PSC) should also be finalised at this stage. Approval of the completed PSC has to be sought from DTF before bids are opened.
