STEP #1: IDENTIFYING THE PROJECT RISKS

The first thing that risk workshop participants do is identify the individual risks that are inherent in the project and group them by category. Generally, these are:

• Planning/strategic;

• Financial/accountability;

• Design and construction;

• Maintenance; and

• Life cycle.
