Regulations | 5. The Governor in Council may make regulations generally for the carrying out of the purposes and provisions of this Act, including regulations (a) prescribing other fixed capital assets for the purpose of paragraph (f) of the definition "strategic infrastructure" in section 2; (b) defining what constitutes a large-scale project; and (c) establishing additional terms and conditions for the Fund. |
