IRREVOCABILITY

This Standby shall remain in full force and effect until the earlier of the Expiry Date or the date on

which the Bank receives:

(a)  from ITS, a written notice confirming

(i) that the Province of _____________has withdrawn from the AIT in accordance with Article 1811; or

(ii) that the Standby is no longer required, or

(b)  from ITS solely or from the Province of ______________and at least one other Signatory, notice confirming that the AIT has been terminated.
