Quantitative assessment of the identified project delivery options is undertaken to identify the project delivery option most likely to deliver a better value for money outcome. The analysis undertaken during this stage will also set the benchmark and parameters for the ability to deliver the project through a competitive process in subsequent stages, should a partnership approach be most likely to represent best value for money.
