As the skills and experience of the key consultancy personnel are critical to the selection of the advisory firm, it is important to ensure, to the fullest extent possible, that these personnel are available for the duration of the project. In this regard, agencies are advised to specify key personnel in the consultancy agreement and to require that any change to the key personnel must have the prior written consent of the project director.
