The Challenges: Affordability in housing

•  Over the past decade, affordable housing has been sorely neglected even as waiting lists for social housing units grew.

•  The waiting list for social housing in Ontario is currently over 150,000 households. More than 71,000 households in Toronto are on the municipal waiting list.
