The purpose of the public private partnership business case development stage (stage three) is to:
∙ determine whether the project should proceed in terms of priority and affordability
∙ identify the project delivery option most likely to provide the best value for money outcome
∙ provide information regarding the available project delivery options, sufficient to enable Cabinet to:
- etermine the preferred project delivery option
- make commitments regarding funding of the potential project.
