3.2.10 Completion of the employee, employment and skills development assessment

The preliminary assessment of employee, employment and skills development issues that commenced in stage two should be completed during this stage.

This assessment should include, amongst other things:

further appropriate consultation with stakeholders, including discussions with employees, employee groups, unions and the Department of Employment and Industrial Relations

completion of an Employment and Skills Development Impact Statement (as per the Department of Employment and Industrial Relations (DETA) Guidelines11).
