The information memorandum provides Proponents with factual information relevant to the service requirement, and will incorporate, inter alia, the following:
∙ an indication of the project objectives, broadly outlining the service requirement and commercial principles to be applied
∙ background factual data relevant to the service requirement
∙ any known legal, policy and/or regulatory constraints
∙ government's proposed role in meeting the service requirement
∙ outcomes of progress regarding environmental, planning, cultural heritage, native yitle and other specialist technical assessments.
