The outputs from the expression of interest stage will include:

∙  request for expressions of interest document

∙  information memorandum

∙  public notice

∙  evaluation of expressions of interest document

∙  expression of interest evaluation report

∙  Cabinet Budget Review Committee submission and decision

∙  an approved shortlist.
