All parties who lodged an EOI should be notified, at the same time, of the outcome in relation to their EOI. Advice to parties that have not been shortlisted should be accompanied by an offer to provide detailed feedback on their expression of interest.
Any feedback should be in relation to the evaluation of a proponent's expression of interest against the evaluation criteria and should avoid reference to competitor expressions of interest.
Shortlisted proponents should be invited to submit a binding bid in accordance with the binding bid documentation.
