Recurrent Costs and Receipts

Base recurrent costs will include:

•  salaries and associated costs for employees providing ancillary services (such as cleaning, maintenance and security);

•  energy costs;

•  insurance;

•  government taxes, fees and charges;

•  maintenance; and

•  planned replacements.

Base recurrent receipts will include:

•  rental income; and

•  fees and charges for services provided.
