Adopt recent projects for both PPP projects and Traditional projects. Australian governments have significantly changed and improved their PPP policies since about 20007 and thus it is sensible to focus on PPP projects that have been arranged and procured using the current style of policies. Thus, we have focused the sample projects to be those primarily undertaken since 2000.
