In view of the objectives of this policy, any request for access to a business case developed in conformity thereof must be forwarded to the person responsible for access to documents or the protection of personal information at the public body The request will be handled according to the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information (R.S.Q., c. A-2.1), particularly with regard to right of access to the information in such a document.
