The New Schools Privately Financed Project was the first project delivered under the NSW Government's Guidelines for Privately Financed Project These were released in 2001 and based much more extensive guidance material published by Partnerships Victoria. The project also benefited from considerable involvement by Treasury that may not be available to every PFP application in NSW.
