Scope of Review

A PSC Quality Assurance (QA) Review is required for all Partnerships Victoria projects.

An internal workshop is an appropriate forum to review the PSC outputs to determine whether the outputs have been appropriately derived from inputs. All of the components of the PSC model (raw PSC inputs, risk, competitive neutrality, discount rate and sensitivity analysis etc) are to be included in the QA review. 

The Procuring Agency is responsible for completing the QA Review workshop. The QA Review workshop is to be conducted internally by the project team and relevant advisers.
